Semiconductor technology has been perhaps the most prominent technology industry in modern society over the past seventy years. Facing the future, emerging technologies are constantly shaping the industry and promoting its continuous development.

Outstanding young scientists from various technology sectors have been invited to join this book series. Through this platform, the aim is for the books within the series to provide new insights and contributions to the development of modern semiconductor technology. The scope of the series is wide, covering semiconductor physics, materials, device processes, equipment, IC design methods amid many other topics while studies involving case studies and applied settings will also be prominent.
