Biography

Kajal Raj is a seasoned IT professional with over 18 years of extensive industry experience, currently serving as a QA manager in Supply Chain Management at US Foods. Previously, she held the position of director at nKAPs Intellects, India, leading technology initiatives and driving software excellence across diverse domains, including supply chain logistics, banking, healthcare, finance, and e-commerce. Kajal holds certifications in ISTQB and Scrum methodologies, underscoring her commitment to quality, agility, and continuous improvement.

Bhupinder Singh is a professor at Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, Greater Noida, India. He has published 97 journal articles and 3 books, presented 163 papers in international/national conferences, and participated in more than 40 workshops/FDPs/QIPs and 25 courses from international universities of repute.

Ashima Jain is an assistant professor at the School of Law, Manipal University, Jaipur, India, since 2022. She has been actively presenting various papers at ICSSR conferences and has many publications to her credit. She has been affiliated with various prestigious organizations as a lifetime member, including Life Member Certificate of the South Asian Society of Criminology & Victimology (SASCV) and Sociological Society.

Dorottya Edina Kozma is a certified economist with a professional background spanning academia and the private sector. She holds a Ph.D and her expertise in sustainable development, environmental accounting, and practical experience in company management aligns with her active involvement in various projects and events.

Urmila Yadav is an associate professor at Sharda School of Law, Sharda University, India, since 2012 and is a well-known sociologist. She is actively engaged in teaching and research.  She has published more than 60 research papers in various reputed national and international journals.
