Biography

Deborah A. Hwa-Froelich, Ph.D., is Professor Emerita at Saint Louis University, USA. Her research focuses on socio-cultural, socio-economic, and social-emotional factors influencing communication development and disorders. Some of the awards she received for her work include: Fellow of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Angel in Adoption award from the Congressional Coalition for Adoption Institute.
