Biography

Rozilini Mary Fernandez-Chung, PFHEA, Associate Professor at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, is a globally recognised expert in higher education policy, transnational education, leadership, and quality assurance. A Principal Fellow (PFHEA) of the Advance HE, UK, she continues to shape education systems worldwide through impactful research, publications, audits, and consultancies.

Ranjit Singh Gill, Deputy Dean at Quest International University, has extensive expertise in teacher development, language education policy, and institutional transformation. He has shaped English as a Second Language educational policy and practice through leadership roles at the University of Nottingham Malaysia and Malaysia's Ministry of Education through impactful curriculum development and professional training initiatives.
