Biography
Prof. M. Loganathan is the Dean of Academics at the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management – Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T), an Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Food Processing Industries, Government of India.
Dr. Jeyan A. Moses is Assistant Professor and In-charge of the Computational Modeling and Nanoscale Processing Unit at the National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Thanjavur (NIFTEM-T).
